1. Refund Policy
All fees and additional charges, including but not limited to service fees, extras, and any other associated costs, are non-refundable.

2. Reservation Policy
Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

3. Driver Requirements:
All drivers must possess a valid driver's license and meet minimum age requirements. Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25 years old.

4. Insurance Coverage:
Customers are responsible for providing proof of insurance or purchasing insurance coverage through Luxury Wheels Away Car Rental.

5. Payment:
Payment is required at the time of reservation or upon vehicle pickup. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and cash deposits.

6. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation start time may incur a cancellation fee. 

7. Vehicle Return:
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time and location. Late returns may result in additional charges.

8. Fuel Policy:
Vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the time of pickup. 

9. Additional Charges:
Additional charges may apply for mileage overages, additional drivers, and optional equipment.

10. Damage and Liability:
Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period and are liable for any loss or theft of the vehicle.

11. Vehicle Use:
Vehicles may only be used for legal purposes and in accordance with local traffic laws.
